Open Position: Senior Operation Support Engineer (Banking)
An establish bank is looking to hire Senior Operation Support Engineer for their office in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in level 2 technology solution/support service delivery in the banking/financial industry
- Expert on either Core Banking or Cards and ITIL & SDLC framework
- Good understanding of either Open System or AS400
- Familiarity with enterprise tools (MQ, Connect Direct, Control) and monitoring, log analytics, automation tools (Geneos, Splunk, Ansible, Grafana, Elastic Search)
- Open to working in shift and off business hours
