Open Position: Operation Assistant Manager (Reputable Freight Forwarding Company)
A reputable freight forwarding company is hiring for Operation Assistant Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- At least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Maintaining customers’ accounts reaching out to customers, recording and verifying account information.
- Abilities of solving customers complaints by giving the best solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Keeping records of customer interaction, process customers’ accounts and file relevant documents.
- Good verbal and written proficiency in both English and Bahasa Melayu, ability to speak other related languages to the business would be advantageous.
