Open Position: Procurement Manager (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Procurement Manager to join them in the Pahang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- A degree in information technology/ supply chain management/ accounting and finance or engineering is preferred with more than 7 years working experience.
- For the spend categories in the specified portfolios, develop and put into action strategic sourcing and contracting strategies.
- Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries
- Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production
- Promote, administer, and make sure that all sourcing and contracting policies, practises, approved SOP, and governance standards are followed, keeping in mind any applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
