A MNC Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Production Manager to take on leadership in operation based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Optimize manpower and equipment use to achieve set production yield and on time delivery of finished products.
- Monitor activities in production to achieve maximum production output and reduce wastage to save costs.
- Drive improvement in process at all times by using best practices and change management process.
- Involved in organization chart arrangement and recruitment of team members.
- Strong leadership skills to delegate tasks to the right personnel.
- Strong in food quality audit standards.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
