Open Position: Project Engineer (MNC Piping Company)
A MNC Piping Company is looking for Project Engineer to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Conduct material take off and product selection via printed or digital drawings.
- Perform 2D and 3D CAD design of pipe spool, skid and fabrication drawings.
- Perform project cost and material estimation and drawings during tender stage.
- Generate proposals with material take-off.
- Perform design review on drawing from customer.
- Interpret engineering drawings (P&ID, isometrics)
- Material and fabrication inspection.
- Liaise with other departments like procurement, warehouse, sales team.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Basic knowledge in piping.
- Previous experience performing material take-off on piping.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and willing to work as a team.
