Open Position: Project Manager, Digital (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Project Manager, Digital to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or in any related field.
- Working experience as Project Manager focusing on digital transformation initiatives using Agile Methodologies.
- Take charge of the entire lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initial planning to execution and final delivery, by applying Agile methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage their expectations.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or any related certificate are an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
