Open Position: Regional, IT Manager (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is currently hiring a Regional, IT Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams and delivering complex IT projects.
- Develop and implement a regional IT strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
- Support Group functions in conducting IT assurance validation testing, report any identified gaps at local units, and monitor the progress of addressing those gaps.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems in the region.
- Lead and coordinate the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
