Open Position: Sales Engineering, Executive (Equipment Manufacturing Company)
An equipment manufacturing company is currently hiring a Sales Engineering, Executive to come and join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess at least Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering and other related field.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field. Experience in Air filtration equipment, Cleanroom are preferable.
- Successfully meet personal sales targets by actively engaging in a range of sales activities.
- Deliver exceptional service to both potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Thoroughly complete all necessary billing and documentation tasks associated with sales transactions.
- Monitor sales progress and collection efforts to ensure timely and accurate financial outcomes.
- Offer comprehensive after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations (as required).
