Open Position: Sales Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join them in the Johor Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing process or its equivalent.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify their needs, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and launch effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to enhance sales performance.
- Strong leadership abilities with the skills to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Extensive knowledge in using office product such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
- Proficient in English language in both writing and speaking.
