Open Position: Senior Executive, IT (Transport Manufacturing Company)
A Transport Manufacturing Company is currently hiring a Senior Executive, IT to come and join them in the Johor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in any related field.
- Proven working experience and at least 3 years in manufacturing industry in comparable role.
- Acting as the primary liaison for all aspects related to the company’s ERP system.
- Offer software solutions to address ERP-related concerns raised by users.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Lead and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one ERP system is essential.
- Expertise in network monitoring, server upkeep, computer hardware, and troubleshooting software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
