Open Position: Senior Manager, Software Development (Fintech Company)
A Fintech Company is currently hiring a Senior Manager, Software Development to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in any related field
- Proven experience in leading Software Development team with over 5 years management experience
- Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop short- and long-term strategies for developing scalable software products and services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and company objectives
- Responsible for communicating with executives and stakeholders, which requires the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms effectively
- Possess extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions
- Having knowledge of SOA, architecture and design on microservices, rest services development and etc would be added advantage.
- Able to manage projects, requiring excellent organizational skills and abilities
