Open Position: ServiceNow Consultant (MNC-based Consulting)

A reputable MNC-based Consulting Company is hiring for ServiceNow Consultant to join them in their Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 5 years of working experience within IT Service Management (ITSM) with ITIL/ServiceNow certification would be added advantage
• Responsible for performing the end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
• Experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow engagements or complex IT engagements
• Establishing and evolving best practices for the development efforts within the ServiceNow platform
• Good understanding of ITIL and Agile best practices and methodology
• Ensure customer needs are met within a collaborative environment where work must be coordinated with technical teams and customers
• A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to support the development of digital platform strategies
• Good communication and collaborative skills and experience working with business and technology teams
