OPEN POSITION: Staff Engineer, ASIC Design (MNC IT Manufacturer)
A MNC IT Manufacturer is currently hiring for Staff Engineer, ASIC Design to come and join them in the Penang office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or in any related field.
- Proven hands-on experience and knowledge of ASIC Design processes and flows.
- Evaluating existing processes and procedures to identify areas that need optimization.
- Developing and executing the implementation and validation plans of the component with experience using Verilog.
- Offering guidance to the team engaged in development activities.
- Acting as the representative of the frontend design team, facilitating communication and collaboration with various functional groups such as product engineering, among others.
- Great organizational, collaboration and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
