Open Position: System Analyst (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring a System Analyst to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.
- Proven experience of more than 5 years in Software Development.
- Oversee a technical team including Analyst, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer to lead IT solution analysis, design, development, implementation, and support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed system requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Design system architectures, data models, and user interfaces that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality, performance, and security.
- Provide user training and support during system deployment and ensure smooth transition to the new systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Experience in designing system architectures, data models, and user interfaces using relevant tools and technologies.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or others, as well as proficiency with databases.
