Open Position: Test Lead, System Analyst-TCOE (Reputable Company)
A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Test Lead, System Analyst-TCOE to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the software industry.
- Certified Tester Foundation Level.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Coordinate and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting of test results.
- Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning to address potential issues during testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts across various testing levels.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
