Open Position: Web Development, Senior Manager (IT Products & Services Provider Company)
An IT Products and Services Provider Company is currently hiring Web Development, Senior Manager to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or any field related
- More than 10 years’ experience working in Web technologies and Web product development
- Leading Web researchers as Head of Web, including talent recruiting, development, coaching, and mentoring
- Managing a team of developers and other technical staff to develop new websites or update existing ones
- Designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture
- Assist product managers with web-related project suggestions as well as assisting and advising web developers on web difficulties
- Expert level understanding of agile methodologies and delivery best practices across all facets of the software development life cycle
- Deep understanding of multi-tenant cloud web applications
- Strong adherence to coding standards and documentation
- Excellent analytical, people-influencing, and business sense
