Open Position: Wintel Engineer (IT Service Provider)

A prominent IT Service Provider is currently hiring Wintel Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:
• Candidate must have minimum Degree in Information Technology/Software Engineering or related field.
• Manage system setup and standardization of features and usage.
• Provide immediate assistance on the on-prem infrastructure related incident call.
• Manage enterprise level projects involving upgrades, patches, etc. of Windows servers.
• Must possess strong knowledge Windows administration, implementation, troubleshooting and maintaining of scalable environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, highly motivated, well organized and result oriented.
