Open Position: Business Operation Manager (Listed Home Appliance Manufacturing Company)
A listed home appliance manufacturing company is looking for Business Operation Manager to be based in Selangor.
Key requirements include:
- Pioneer to plan and execute rent to own operation in the whole country.
- Expand the business of rent to own to more households and retailers.
- Manage manpower for after sales service.
- Manage manpower to respond to repair and diagnose enquiry within a short time frame.
- Come up with ISO SOP to manage after sales service.
- More than 3 years in repairing and diagnosing home appliance faults.
- Experience in rent to own concept.
- Tough and able to handle customer complaints.
- Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
- Willing to travel.
