Open Position: Junior, Market Research & Analysis (MNC Company)
A MNC Company is currently hiring a Junior, Market Research & Analysis to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess at least bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- More than 1 year experience working in administration or customer service within the insurance industry.
- Provide support to the Consultants in comparing insurance product illustrations.
- Monitor and track competitor strategies, pricing, and marketing activities. Provide insights on potential competitive threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate and work closely with sales teams to provide intelligence that supports decision-making and helps achieve business objectives.
- Create reports, charts, and presentations to communicate key intelligence to stakeholders.
- Effective communication and relationship skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
