• Holds a certificate/diploma/bachelor in business or marketing or any related field.
• Source for new customer, provide after sales service and technical support to customers.
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints and resolve any differences or problems.
• Submit weekly sales activities reports and achieve monthly sales target.
• Proficiency in both writing and speaking of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is compulsory.
