Open Position: Application Training Specialist (IT Based Company)
An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Training Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- More than 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized training plans to address specific user needs.
- Evaluate and assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, skill assessments, and knowledge retention tests.
- Continuously update training materials and programs to reflect software updates, new features, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on user experience, software usability, and potential enhancements.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia authoring tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and timelines effectively.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language.
