Key responsibilities include:
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Creating strategies and policies for company growth.
• Oversee and coordinate service providers and technicians to assure that customer issues are resolved appropriately.
• Minimum 3 years of experience maintenance and repair home appliance problems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office such Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
