Open Position: Engineering Recruiter (Fulltime Freelancer)
We are looking for Engineer Recruiter to join us as a Freelancer. Individual without Recruitment experience but wanting to explore this industry on a Fulltime Freelancing engagement basis is welcomed.
Key requirements include:
- Good experience recruiting and sourcing for Engineer Technical roles covering any of the Engineering/Manufacturing industries: Automotive, Manufacturing, Semiconductor and etc
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- Excellent independent sourcing skills with experience and curiosity about the latest recruiting technologies and platforms, above and beyond job boards and LinkedIn
- A sense of urgency and a relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Ability to multi-task and thrives working in a dynamic, high change environment
