Open Position: Global Compensation Analyst
A highly regarded company is looking for Global Compensation Analyst to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
· Conducts job benchmarking using internal benchmark tools, survey data, and market research to establish competitive compensation ranges for individual positions.
· Analyse job positions, assessing their respective duties, responsibilities, scope, and skill requirements to determine appropriate job classifications and corresponding salary ranges.
· Collects data from compensation surveys based on market benchmarks, utilise spreadsheet and data analysis methods to evaluate findings and identify market trends.
Key requirements include:
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Compensation Analyst or total rewards program.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
