Open Position: Graduate Trainee, Recruitment (BTC Recruitment Malaysia)
We are currently expanding and looking to hire for Fresh Graduates or Recent Graduates with 1 to 2 years working experience to join us at BTC Recruitment Malaysia.
You will be undergoing the full-cycle recruitment training programme with job responsibilities include:
- Perform market research and business development for potential clients
- Screen and evaluate potential candidates for suitable job roles with clients
- Manage and prepare candidates for job interviews and offer management process
- Build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to become a trusted advisor and business partner
- Provide professional service and manners to clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
