A Reputable company is currently hiring HR Specialist, Compensation & Benefits to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate must possess more than 6 years of solid experience in HR function.
- Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Review and assess current HR policies and provide recommendations to enhance and advocate best practices.
- Executes monthly payroll and produces all related reports.
- Knowledge in Employment Act, HR policies and etc covering Malaysia Employment & Labour Laws.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
