Open Position: Insurance Market Intelligence, Junior Specialist (Financial Services Company)
A Financial Services Company is currently hiring Insurance Market Intelligence, Junior Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Must hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in shared services or customer services
- Work closely with insurance partners to gain insights of the latest insurance product offerings/promotion campaigns
- Work closely with the internal team including Key Account Managers to provide the latest updates from the insurance partners
- Good presentation skills with the ability to prepare PowerPoint and excel templates/sheets for the stakeholders
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese
