An Financial Services Company is currently hiring Insurance Product & Administration, Junior/Entry Level to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Must hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in shared services or customer services
- Examine and prepare for committee approval the onboarding of new products released by insurance firms
- Ensure timely policy issuance and renewals
- Work closely within team to ensure effective transfer of information required
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese
