A Financial Services Company is currently hiring an Insurance Product & Administration, Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field with at least 3 years of working experience in shared services or customer services
- Examine and prepare for committee approval the onboarding of new products released by insurance firms
- Ensure timely policy issuance and renewals
- Work closely within the team to ensure the effective transfer of information required
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese
