A reputable higher education institution is currently looking for passionate and qualified academics to join the Faculty of Medicine as Lecturer / Senior Lecturer.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching, research, student development, and contributing to academic excellence within a dynamic learning environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, assignments, and academic learning activities for students
• Prepare and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and course content to ensure quality learning delivery
• Utilize digital learning platforms and teaching technologies to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
• Develop examination materials, assessments, and marking schemes in a timely manner
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and pastoral support to students
• Participate actively in research activities, publications, conferences, and scholarly initiatives
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research students
• Support curriculum enhancement, accreditation exercises, and academic quality assurance activities
• Contribute to departmental administration and academic development initiatives
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS) with Master’s Degree and/or PhD in Biomedical Science, Health Sciences, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience within higher education institutions
• Strong research, publication, and academic contribution track record
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic development
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Full-time position available
