Open Position: Account Manager (IT Service Provider Company)
An IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring Account Manager to join them in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years’ experience working in the IT industry managing CRM/Software/Infrastructure product solutions.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Ensuring profit objectives are met and also making sure client’s IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
- Holding at least bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business and IT related field.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skill.
