Open Position: Plant General Manager (MNC Food Manufacturing Company)
A MNC Food Manufacturing Company is looking for Plant General Manager to be based in Penang.
Key requirements include:
- Lead operations including production and maintenance and logistics and planning.
- Lead maintenance and engineering teams to ensure process equipment, facility and utility are kept at optimum condition.
- Take lead in HSE efforts among the community.
- Work with Sales to forecast demand and plan manufacturing modes to meet requirements.
- More than 10 years’ experience in leading a plant in FMCG.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
