Open Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (MNC Retail-based Company)
An MNC Retail-based Company is currently hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them in their Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related role.
- Having experience recruiting for retail-based staff from entry to management levels.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews.
- Enlist job postings on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as newspapers, social media, advertisements, etc.
- Analyzes and reports on employment statistics, including cost per hire, source of hire, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
