Open Position: Sales Manager (Reputable Freight Forwarding Company)
A reputable freight forwarding company is hiring for Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience working as Sales Manager with a good understanding of the current logistic industry in Malaysia with over 6 years working experience.
- Developing new accounts and creating own marketing strategies to meet sales target.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Ability to ensure timely deliverance of assignment or projects assigned.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin languages would be an added advantage.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge in air freight & sea freight selling process.
- Experience managing sales team more than 3 people.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Package Included:
- Basic Salary + Medical Allowance + Other Allowances + High Performance commission
- Monday to Friday working time.
