Open Position: Senior Program Manager, Investment Company (Financial Service)
A Financial Service Company is currently hiring Senior Program Manager to join in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create new processes and frameworks with the highest quality and in a structured way.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create customer plan including specific responsibilities of each team, release schedule, program milestones and deliverables, terms of acceptance, etc
- Organize resources, stay within budget, assess project risk, provide quality control to meet objectives, and report on development.
- Inform senior management and clients on project status, schedules and key issues on regular basis.
- Work closely with customers in understanding project requirements and issues for successfully implementing business projects.
- Excellent in written and verbal English.
- Have experience managing consulting or in-house S&P team.
- Having a professional certificate in Project management professional (PMP), Prince II, or Lean Six Sigma could be a nice things to add.
- Able to work in relationship-based organization.
