Open Position: Dean Faculty of Medicine
A renowned educational institution is currently looking to hire a Dean Faculty of Medicine to join their team based in Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.
Key responsibilities include:
- MBBS with MD/MS in any specialization from a university recognized by MMC, Malaysia. Additional qualifications in Higher Education Management, Public Health, or Medical Research are preferred.
- Required to be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) or an equivalent international regulatory body.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in medical education and clinical training with at least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role (Dean, Deputy/Associate Dean, Head of Department or equivalent).
- Proven extensive record in developing medical curricula, securing accreditation, and managing faculty research.
- Strong partnership relations with hospitals, healthcare providers and government regulatory agencies.
