Open Position: Health Operations, Admin Executive (MNC Company)
An MNC company is currently hiring a Health Operations, Admin Executive to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in any related fields.
- Have prior working experience in administrative line.
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle diverse sales, after-sales, and administrative tasks promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Manage private, confidential client documents, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of policyholders’ health insurance documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and concerns.
- Proficient in English for both writing and speaking but also are able to read or speak in Chinese Language.
- Open to fresh graduates and those who immediately available.
