Open Position: Plant General Manager (Electronics Company)
An electronics manufacturing company is looking for Plant General Manager to be based in Penang.
Key requirements include:
- Lead production and quality operations in the plant to achieve set targets.
- Oversee spend of the plant and ensure it is within allocated budget to maintain equipment and utilities.
- Be involved in recruitment of key positions in the plant and train new recruits and current employees.
- Be accountable of P&L of the plant.
- Maintain a high morale in workforce to ensure productivity is optimum.
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 15 years in manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
- Strong P&L management.
