Open Position: Sales Manager (Reputable Freight Forwarding Company)

 A reputable freight forwarding company is hiring for Sales Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Good experience working as Sales Manager with a good understanding of the current logistic industry in Malaysia with over 6 years working experience.
• Developing new accounts and creating own marketing strategies to meet sales target.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Ability to ensure timely deliverance of assignment or projects assigned.
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin languages would be an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Good knowledge in air freight & sea freight selling process.
• Experience managing sales team more than 3 people.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Package Included:

• Basic Salary + Medical Allowance + Other Allowances + High Performance commission
• Monday to Friday working time.
