Open Position: Team Manager, Recruitment (Full Time/Freelance)
We are looking for Team Manager, Recruitment to join us on Full-Time or Freelance basis.
Key responsibilities include:
• Enhance and improve talent acquisition strategies for end-to-end recruitment process
• Involved with the manpower planning, engaging with leaders to understand headcount needs and managing the related sales forecasts
• Attract talents to join the team with proven Leadership experience, with developed coaching and mentoring skills
• Lead the team to achieve or exceed sales target goals by leveraging resources and by driving a continual focus on best practices and a deeper understanding of the business
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Using sales skills, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Develop and deliver business plans as well as recruitment strategies and ideas
Key Requirements:
• A proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
• Having more than 6 years working experience in recruiting or sales role
• Strong people management skills with the ability to attract and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Having a business entrepreneurship mindset with a passionate desire to succeed
• A deep understanding of recruitment trends to develop and deploy robust recruitment strategies
