Open Position: Assistant Manager, Procurement and Warehouse (IT Security Solutions & Engineering Company)
An established IT Security Solutions & Engineering Company is looking for Assistant Manager, Procurement and Warehouse to lead the team in the company based in Selangor office.
Key requirements include:
- More than 5 years working experience with exposure leading a small procurement and warehouse team.
- Work closely with stakeholders which include project team and sales team to execute procurement operations and cost savings.
- Good understanding of product knowledge to be able to make decisions during project execution and shortage of supply during project stage.
- Negotiate and manage vendors’ delivery time to ensure on time delivery to meet project schedule.
- Reporting to top management on activities of the team and cost savings achieved.
- Good communication skills to talk to different stakeholders.
- Capable of contract negotiations with suppliers and vendors locally and regionally.
- Capable of scenario management, especially during critical operations.
